Posture
A person that knows how to control their body is ready to control any
situation. Body posture is really important in communication. 60% of the
information we send in communication comes from the non-verbal communication. A
person that knows how to move during a conversation will have control of
non-verbal communication. Part of controlling the body involves the posture.
Walking:
When the head and the neck are straight this represent signs of security and trust. When shoulders and arms are fallen, the body is bowed, and the steps are to long or shorts they reveal an image of negativity as consequence this way of walking should be avoid.

Sitting:
The more adequate way to sit down in a chair consist having the
back straight and lightly supported with the back. Occupy the whole base of the
chair and adopt a relaxed and natural position. We have to fight natural tendency
of remain comfortable because sometimes we adopt a bas posture.
